What You’ll Do Source, attract, and screen candidates through job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn). Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure equitable hiring practices. Manage job fairs, client site visits, and weekly tours. Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create great matches. Who You Are Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in industrial/warehouse staffing. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work with minimal supervision. Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused. Why Kelly?
