Job Description

A school-based opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in Statesville, NC. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student behavioral challenges.

• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
• Experience working in a school environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making and educational regulations related to behavior services.
