Job Description

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services within a K-12 educational setting for the 2025/2026 school year. The role involves working directly with students and collaborating with educators to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that support positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the BCBA for six classrooms, supporting both elementary and secondary levels.
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and designing evidence-based behavior intervention strategies.
• Providing ongoing supervision and training to staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed to meet individual goals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other professionals, to promote a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience working in school settings or with K-12 student populations preferred.
• Strong skills in conducting behavior assessments and developing individualized plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple classrooms and maintain thorough documentation.

Location and Schedule:

• Position is located in Lebanon, PA.
• Monday through Friday, in-person schedule.
• Contract role for the 2025/2026 school year.
