Purpose of Position Case Manager responsible for providing housing assistance and holistic case management services, delivering ongoing social services to secure long‑term housing stability. Schedule Monday – Friday (Day Shift) Pay $27.20 – $31.05 per hour Roles, Responsibilities And Essential Duties Coordinates services and activities to provide housing and prevent homelessness. Works with clients, household members, supervisors, and staff to execute service plans. Establishes goals and actions addressing immediate and underlying causes of housing crises. Monitors and evaluates program participants’ progress. Conferences client cases with Supervisor and Program Director to determine financial subsidies. Prepares documentation for in‑house subsidy applications. Provides referrals to community supports, public benefits, and entitlements. Engages in arrangement, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of services to Homebase program participants. Ensures program participants’ rights are protected. Performs duties assigned by Supervisors or Program Director. Required Skills/Qualifications Associate degree required plus three years experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Experience in customer or client services required. Strong problem‑solving and high‑level autonomy required. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Experience in nonprofit organizations and commitment to social justice. Excellent communication skills and advocacy ability. Independent work and team collaboration.
