Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service counters. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Provide assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations. Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Familiarity with café or restaurant operations is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards. Experience with BRINK POS systems is a plus, enhancing order processing efficiency.
