Manual Mailing Agent / Data Entry Clerk

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

  Location: Onsite

  Typing Test Required: 40 WPM minimum

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a structured, hands-on role? We're looking for a  Manual Mailing Agent / Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support important document processing and mailing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills who enjoys accuracy, organization, and completing tasks with precision.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare manual work for mailings by counting documents, verifying envelopes, and ensuring counts match requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate mail logs for each mailing batch.
• Deliver prepared materials to the print department for final mailing.
• Manage the  ICR (Interstate Case Registry) outgoing mail process , including matching referrals with labels, confirming batches, and organizing by destination and envelope size.
• Ensure all outgoing envelopes are counted, logged, and ready for distribution.
• Learn and key documents in the IDC system after completing mailing responsibilities.

✅What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of data entry and database experience .
• Proficiency with  Microsoft Office and familiarity with  Notepad++ .
• Strong  attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Excellent  time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A  self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.
