American Asset Management company in New York seeks a Japanese / English Translator to support the VP Client Service Department located remotely from Japan in the following tasks: RFP writing in Japanese (mostly translation, creating and maintaining a Japanese – English RFP answers database) Client reporting (quarterly) in English and Japanese (downloading data from internal tools, filling out client format (Excel and Word) Other client service support in Japanese (reviewing 3rd party translations, etc.) Requirements Excellent business writing skills both in Japanese and English translation between the two languages (Both E to J / J to E). Financial translation in Asset Management field are preferred. 1-2 years of reporting or middle/back office experience at Asset Management company is preferred. Attention to details is critical. # of hours: 100 hours in a Quarter End.
