Jackson Hewitt is looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Tax Preparers. With 26 locations and flexible scheduling, this is a great opportunity to put your communication and customer service skills to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person interviews with clients to prepare electronic tax returns using Jackson Hewitt's proprietary software
• Deliver world-class customer service by clearly explaining tax return outcomes and refund/payment options
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
• Be available to work a minimum 20 hours per week
• If you have a car, travel between multiple offices is encouraged for those seeking additional hours

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• No tax experience required
