Pay and Benefits:

• Up to $37 per hour
  • Depending on experience and location
• Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
• Quarterly tool allowance
  • $250 - $750 based on tenure
• $150 annual boot allowance
• $7,500 referral bonus for other diesel mechanics
• 401(k) with company match
• Medical insurance (company-paid up to 65%)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
• Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
• High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred
