Call us today at (888) 639-4941 . Responsibilities Operate flatbed tractors to move freight across Blair's network (Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, and Texas). Utilize Blair-provided equipment and participate in Lease Purchase options when choosing a path to ownership. Collaborate with driver managers and dispatch to maintain safety, minimize layovers, and reduce empty miles. Maintain trucks and trailers in accordance with Blair standards and safety requirements. Benefits & Compensation No money down and no credit check. Home every weekend; no forced dispatch. Sign-on bonuses: $5,000 total with $1,500 after the first load and a $3,000 referral bonus. Ownership in 2–4 years (depending on year, make, and model). Earn 70% line haul + 100% FSC when pulling Blair's trailer; 77% when Lease purchasing a Blair trailer + 100% FSC. Drivers can take home over $2,000 per week. Late model equipment (2018–2021). Direct deposit every Friday; weekly settlements. 100% of trailer maintenance covered by Blair when pulling Blair's trailer. Maintenance escrow available; third-party fuel tax accounting available; third-party insurance discounts (physical damage, bobtail, OCC/ACC or Work Comp). Fuel discounts at TA, Loves, Petro, and Flying J. No hazmat required for certain routes; Transflo; and a network of customer service representatives and driver-friendly dispatchers. Referral program and strong, growing customer base. Qualifications Must have a valid Class A CDL. Must be at least 22 years old. Must have 1 year of recent OTR experience. Must have 1 month of recent flatbed experience. No DUIs in the last 5 years. No felonies within the last 10 years.
