Freelance Project Manager - Medical Communications This role offers an opportunity to lead and manage complex medical communications projects from start to finish in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Accountabilities Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑strategy execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, faculty members, and internal stakeholders. Manage daily project activities including content development, advisory boards, speaker training, logistics, registration, and production of materials. Develop, maintain, and reconcile project budgets, and oversee financial monitoring and resource allocation. Coordinate start‑up, interim, and final team meetings, maintaining schedules and providing regular updates to clients and internal teams. Manage external vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. Maintain accurate documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance with company policies.
