CTX Home Gyms, the gym equipment experts, is looking for a full-time repair technician to join our FUN team at our rapidly growing company!
We are seeking an aggressive, ambitious and capable technical professional to expand our repair team. This position is an inside warehouse and outside service position. Previous experience working on fitness equipment is not required.
Comprehensive product and sales training are provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Refurbish tech is responsible for repairing, reconditioning and fixing used fitness equipment. This person will wear many hats throughout the training process, learning all sides of our business from refurbishment to repair and installation.
Some hands on processes include: sanding, derusting, painting, and minor cosmetic repairs. Some repair processes include: diagnosing, disassembling, replacing parts, and regular maintenance.
The successful candidate will be able to work well with others, pick things up quickly and work at a good pace, and most importantly have fun while doing it. He or she will be able to function independently but will also be able to leverage team members as well as others in the department when needed. This position works directly under Josh the Service Manager.

SALARY AND WAGES: Starting Refurb Tech compensation will be on an hourly pay structure and will be competitive.
