As a Home Health Aide , you'll be an essential part of our care team, assisting clients with:
Personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Mobility support, range-of-motion exercises, and light assistance with transfers
Medication reminders and daily wellness checks
Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean environment
Companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the clinical team
Flexible schedules – full-time, part-time, and PRN options available
