RISE8 COMPANIES - - is looking for a REMOTE litigation attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join our real estate private equity and investment firm. The firm focuses primarily on the acquisition, renovation and operation of extended-stay housing, lending and development.

As a litigation attorney, you will be responsible for representing our company in various legal disputes involving real estate transactions, vendor and construction litigation, and contract drafting.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Job requirements:

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Florida bar admission.
• Demonstrable experience in related fields.
