Our support staff is composed of medical assistants/ambulatory clinical technicians (MA/ACTs), paramedics, and patient service representatives (PSRs). Each member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the delivery of high-quality care.
MAs assist with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, completion of point of care testing, and assisting in procedures. Candidates for this position should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
