We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mobile Development Tech Lead to join our rapidly growing organization.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile solutions for enterprise and government clients worldwide. You’ll contribute to innovative technology initiatives focused on asset management, inventory tracking, field services, and IoT integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Serve as the technical lead for the mobile development team, collaborating closely with web developers and product managers to ensure successful mobile application delivery.
  • Coordinate with third-party hardware providers to stay informed on SDK updates and new product releases.
  • Monitor mobile OS updates and work with product teams to define end-of-life support strategies.

Development & Execution:

  • Oversee the full mobile application lifecycle: concept, design, testing, release, and ongoing support.
  • Write clean, efficient code to produce fully functional mobile applications.
  • Gather requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Develop unit and UI tests to identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance across mobile platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Swift and iOS development.
  • Strong understanding of Git version control.
  • Solid UX/UI design knowledge.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership, managing development teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in iOS mobile development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Flutter and cross-platform frameworks.
  • Familiarity with C++, Java, Angular, JavaScript, Objective-C, REST, JSON, and GraphQL.
