Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO serves as the strategic and operational leader of Enterprise Minnesota. This individual will lead the turnaround, revitalization, and growth strategy, ensuring financial stability, organizational resilience, and market relevance. The CEO will bring visionary leadership, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset to reimagine the organizations revenue model, strengthen client relationships, and expand service offerings beyond traditional funding channels. This handson role requires decisiveness, creativity, and the ability to inspire and mobilize staff, partners, and stakeholders through change.
