• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong phone presence.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with call center software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
