Large Salary plus Commission for earnings $100k+

The PPL Motorhomes is looking for a RV Sales Manager will work closely with the PPL leadership team, the Sales Team, and the Finance Team to grow RV sales and to increase profitability of every deal in the at our location. They will oversee all sales operations and staff in the location as well as staying in constant communication with other segment leaders in order to ensure the strongest possible customer experiences and dealership profitability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Sales Staff including, Salespeople, Internet Sales Staff, and Receptionists
  • Work closely with Finance Staff including Finance Managers and Business Managers
  • Oversee daily sales desk operations including oversight of the structure and profitability of the front and back end of every deal.
  • Implement, evaluate, and report on performance of a structured sales process.
  • Coach, mentor and train sales staff to increase professionalism and performance of each team and individual.
  • Drive processes to achieve finance penetration goal of 55% or greater.
  • Assist in overseeing RV inventory especially PPL Owned Inventory to ensure units are front-line ready and priced for maximum margins.
  • Oversee tracking of every RV deal from start to finish ensuring a timely delivery that exceeds expectations of customers and the PPL leadership team.

Employee becomes eligible on the first of the month after their first 60 days employment. Initial enrollment, if employee chooses to participate, will be the is1 of the month after the employees has been employed 60 days.

  • Holiday pay totaling 8 paid holidays per year
  • Vacation Pay (2 weeks after one year and 3 weeks after 10 years)
