Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing, high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on, in-house role (Hauppauge, NY) for a passionate technologist who thrives on innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. You will work on a wide range of projects, including AI-enabled web applications, automation workflows, and complex integrations, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to our technical vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications, services, and automation workflows using modern technologies (.NET 9, EF Core, React, Next.js, Blazor, Azure, and AWS).

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and generative AI to accelerate and enhance software delivery.

• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members, and foster best practices in engineering and security.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

• Contribute to architecture, planning, and strategy for new and existing projects, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and innovation.

• Support and enhance both current and legacy systems, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Participate in interviews and hiring decisions as part of a collaborative team process.

Technical Stack & Tools:

• .NET 9, EF Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor WebAssembly

• React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Azure (App Insights, Dashboards, Log Analytics, Serverless Functions), AWS

• Docker (containerization), Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Git, GitHub (including security/code scanning tools)

• Serilog, Microsoft SQL, API development and integration, protocol connectors

• AI/ML tools and frameworks, including generative and agentic AI applications

Qualifications:

• Substantial, proven experience in full stack development (typically 7+ years)

• Demonstrated expertise in modern web application development, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering

• No formal degree or certifications required—skills, experience, and team fit matter most

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time, on-site (Hauppauge, NY)

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• $90,000 – $105,000 salary range

Interview Process:

• Initial technical interview (30 minutes)

• Coding challenge (2–6 hours)

• Post-challenge technical review (1 hour)

• Final interview (1 hour)
