Role Description:
ByHeart is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM), Retention to join our team as we deliver on our promise to give parents peace of mind in feeding. As an advocate for our customers, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to define, build, and launch new digital features that deliver subscription flexibility and personalized education to parents. The ideal candidate blends a rigorous, data-driven approach with a growth mindset while embodying our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Who You Are
The minimum annual salary for this position is $135,000 and the maximum is $150,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance based annual cash bonus and to participate in our company's equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
