This role involves cultivating strong relationships with advisors, teams, and network office leadership, delivering customized consulting to align digital strategies with specific business objectives, and championing the adoption of Northwestern Mutuals technology suite. By spearheading strategic technology integration, the consultant transforms advisor practices, driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration across all organizational levels./ph3Primary Duties Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop relationships with financial advisors (FA), FA teams, and network office (NO) leadership and their teams, focusing on understanding basic business objectives and support needs./liliAssist advisors and teams in using Northwestern Mutuals technology tools effectively, demonstrating how they enhance client-advisor experiences and productivity./liliDevelop a thorough understanding of the insurance and investment sales cycles to understand how technology can be integrated into business processes./liliApply consulting strategies to demonstrate technology benefits, focusing on clear communication to ensure audience understanding./liliCollect feedback from advisors and teams to relay to Home Office leadership, helping ensure technology solutions meet user needs./liliSupport the identification of inefficiencies with guidance, suggesting simple technology applications to improve advisor practices./liliParticipate in planning sessions to support goal achievement, learning strategic methods to increase productivity and client satisfaction./liliAssist in delivering training on technology best practices, facilitating classes under supervision to promote effective tool usage./liliHelp prepare users for new technology deployments by assisting with training and communication of benefits./liliTrack engagement activities and attend training sessions to expand knowledge and skills, contributing to improvement efforts./liliTravel may be required based on supported offices./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience./liliMinimum 2 years related experience including consultation experience working with professionals within financial services or similar industry./liliExperience coaching and training professionals./liliAbility to understand sales-focused software technology and its benefits./liliAbility to build and maintain relationships./liliProven ability to consult and drive measurable improvements in an outcome-based model.
