We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Title Officer with strong experience in Arizona real estate transactions to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Examine and service title files, including reviewing and responding to objection letters
Prepare proforma policies and endorsements
Communicate effectively with Escrow Officers, clients, and surveyors
Review surveys, recordings, and issue final policies
Attend client meetings and assist with client or attorney inquiries
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively
Participate in underwriting seminars or meetings and maintain positive relationships with underwriters
Monitor and share updates on underwriting procedures or statutory changes
Update Exceptions and Requirements as underwriting rules or laws change.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
You must have at least 4 years of experience as Title Officer
Experience with RamQuest preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Professional demeanor with a friendly, mature approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
