The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering. Responsibilities Conduct traffic impact studies and transportation planning analyses. Develop and implement traffic management plans. Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to identify transportation needs and solutions. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals. Utilize transportation modeling software to analyze traffic patterns and forecast future conditions. Participate in public meetings and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations. Essential Skills Proficiency in traffic analysis and transportation planning. Experience with traffic signals, traffic impact analysis, and traffic studies. Ability to perform intersection capacity analysis and parking studies. Familiarity with roadway geometrics and signal timing. Competence in engineering/planning work under supervision. Understanding of transportation engineering principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or Transportation Planning, or a related field. 1-3+ years of experience in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning. Knowledge of traffic analysis software such as HCS, Synchro, and VISSIM. Proficiency in CADD software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)/EIT or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certificate is a plus.
