• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1570 - $1610\n
• Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (06:45 – 19:15)\n
• Total Hours per Week: 36\n
• Unit: Outpatient Surgery Operating Room (Ambulatory OR)\n
• Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics\n
• Unit Features: 13 OR rooms, Epic charting (required), Pyxis, SBAR communication\n
• Scrub Color: Provided by facility\n
• Floating: Yes, within OR departments\n
• Call Requirements: Late coverage for surgical cases\n
• Weekend Shifts: No weekends required\n
• Holiday Coverage: Required if assignment includes major holidays\n
• Maximum RTO: 7 days (must be submitted with application)\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or Compact state (required at time of submission)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (first-time travel nurses welcome)\n
• BLS certification (required)\n
• Experience with Epic electronic charting system (required)\n
• Ambulatory OR or outpatient surgery RN experience preferred\n
• Ability to float within OR departments\n
• Submit compliance documents and schedule labs within 48 hours of contract signing\n
• Two supervisory references (manager or above) highly preferred\n

\n\nOutpatient RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide exceptional nursing care for patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Utilize Epic for accurate electronic charting and patient record management\n
• Assist with various surgical procedures including orthopedic, gynecological, ENT, and general surgeries\n
• Float to other OR departments as needed to support clinical operations\n
• Provide late coverage to ensure completion of all surgical cases\n
• Follow universal protocols, facility policies, specimen handling, and time-out procedures\n
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including major holidays if required\n
