What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional pest protection services and maintain a strong customer focus in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes and businesses, with full training provided.
• Clearly explain findings, answer customer queries, and recommend appropriate services.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting services and using equipment.
• Handle company vehicles and materials responsibly following industry best practices.
• Utilize handheld devices to log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Must be able to safely use a ladder and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas as needed.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety guidelines.
